Your card details are managed only by the National Bank. Mobilecases does not have access to them, nor can it collect them.
Electronic card transactions in the e-shop of mobilecases are completely guaranteed. They are carried out through the advanced security system of the National Bank, which is based on the international transaction guarantee agency GlobeSSL and supports a secure trading environment. In addition, the National Bank provides additional services Verified-by-Visa και MasterCard SecureCode based on the 3D-Secure protocol for identifying the cardholder.

Shipping to your place
Shipping is made throughout Greece.
The products are sent by courier of TAXYMETAFORES ELTA Courier. Delivery is always made on working days between 9:00 - 17:30.
If a product you ordered is not available, we will notify you by email or phone. You will receive your order in one shipment as soon as all the products are available. Alternatively, call us at 2310 242602 to cancel the product that is not available and we will send you the rest of your order immediately.
Shipping costs and delivery time depend on destination:
- If your order is over € 29.90, and up to 6 kg weight (volumetric or real), the shipment is free.
- If your order is under € 29.90, the shipping cost is € 2.50 and if you wish it to be sent by cash on delivery you have an extra charge of € 1.50.
For both of the above cases, if your order is over 2 kg (volumetric or real), there is a charge of 0.80 € / kg. Especially for bulky products (eg speaker) there will be prior contact with you for any extra shipping costs.
If your order has been placed until 14:00, it will arrive:
- Inside Thessaloniki in 1-3 working days
- In Greece outside Thessaloniki in 2-5 working days.
Send as a gift to another address
In case you wish your order or part of it to come in a gift box, mention it in the "COMMENTS" field when completing your order. We will make sure the contents of your package are packaged in a bag or gift package at no extra charge.

You can pick up your order from our stores:

Until the process of adding this option to the order form is completed, let us know in the comments of your order from which store you wish to receive your products.
