  8.2 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will be sent an email informing you that your order is ready to be picked up by the courier company. Before the order is delivered to you, if you are in an inaccessible destination, the courier company will contact you by phone or sms for the exact day of delivery of your order.

8.3 TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

Shipping method

The shipment of the products is carried out through the company "ELTA Courier TAXYMETAFORES ELTA SA. ». Or another courier company - courier services selected by the Administrator.

The Administrator does not send products to the post office box and does not deliver products to minors or to persons under guardianship without the written authorization of their parents or guardians.

In case the purchase was made by credit card, to ensure the holder, the delivery of the products is done only to the customer, who must pick up the order in person by presenting the original ID or his passport and credit card. The receipt from a third party can be done with a written authorization, while the authorized person must present the above documents upon receipt, in order to complete the order.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 17:30 pm. Deliveries are also made in Cyprus as well as in other European countries.

Shipping charges

For orders from € 29.90 and up, the order is sent free of charge throughout Greece. For orders under € 29.90 the charge is € 2.50 for all of Greece. In any case, if the delivered products exceed 2 kg weight, there is a charge of € 0.80 / kg for each additional kilo.

Delivery Time

Delivery of available products within Thessaloniki takes place within 1-3 working days.

For the rest of Greece the delivery of the available products takes place within 2-5 working days.

The Administrator undertakes to replace any product not delivered in excellent condition.

Order Delay

In case of any delay in your order, we will inform you either by phone or in writing, via e-mail. If you wish to contact the Customer Service department during working days and hours, you can call 2310 242602, so that we can inform you about the exact delivery time.

Possible delay in your order may be due to:

9. WARRANTY

The Administrator does not provide any form of guarantee either for the quality, or for the suitability of the products sold for any specific purpose, nor does it guarantee the safety and protection of the users of these products. Such guarantees are provided only by the manufacturers and the customer should be informed about them by the product packaging.

10. PRICES - DISCOUNTS

Prices include VAT 24%. Upon completion of the order and during its navigation on mobilecases.gr, the user can be informed in detail about the initial and final prices of the products as well as the shipping costs. The Administrator reserves the right to change the prices at any time, but in any case the customer upon receipt of the product pays the price indicated at the time of the order.

The prices of the online store may differ from the prices of the physical store maintained by the Administrator in Egnatia, no. 37, PC 54630, Thessaloniki, as well as the prices of the branches. 12 WITHDRAWAL - RETURN POLICY

The Administrator is responsible as a seller for the actual defects and deficiencies of the contracted properties of the products sold according to articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were sent by the Administrator and received by you, complete and without damage.
