Returns Policy

You have the right to return the products you bought or request their replacement:

  1.    In any case in which there is a proven fault of mobilecases.gr, the wrong products were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)
  2.       In any case in which there was a problem or defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product guarantee and if the guarantee has been given by mobilecases.gr. In this case, the product is replaced immediately without any financial burden to the customer. Does not apply to products covered by third party warranties such as the product manufacturer or its dealer.  

In case of defective product the return will be Free.

In case of additional change / return, the costs are paid by the customer.

The online store mobilecases.gr does not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

The products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product. Products must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. In case they are not returned within 14 days then mobilecases.gr may not accept any return and replacement.In any case and for all the above cases the maximum return period for replacement can not be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of sale. Your refund will be completed within 10 working days from the date we receive the products.

In any case of market withdrawal, you must first contact Customer Service.
